Through the modalities of Craniosacral Therapy, Yoga, and the Alexander Technique you will learn to inhabit your body with solidity and grace. Craniosacral Therapy soothes your nervous system and brings into awareness your intrinsic wholeness. Yoga strengthens you physically and mentally. Your body will become evenly strong and flexible. Your mind will become absorbed in your physical practice, and it will learn to rest—a mind at rest is present and alert. The Alexander Technique will teach you functional, balanced posture so that you move with a natural poise and fluidity.

Therapeutic Yoga

INbody Wellbeing guides you to connect with the intelligence of your own system through a yoga practice informed by precision, awareness, and flow. Each session is tailored to what your body needs in the moment — from strengthening and energizing sequences when vitality is low, to restorative practices when the system needs rest. Breathwork (pranayama) may be used to calm and regulate the nervous system, or meditation to cultivate steadiness and presence in the midst of daily demands.

INbody Wellbeing also supports injury recovery and prevention. While injury can result from accidents, it more commonly develops through repetitive strain or inefficient movement patterns. When overworked areas are supported and underused areas are activated, the body can begin to rebalance — building strength where it is needed and releasing unnecessary tension. This integrated approach helps reduce the likelihood of re-injury while restoring ease, stability, and functional alignment.

Through this work, yoga becomes more than a practice — it becomes a pathway to greater coherence across body, mind, and lived experience.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle yet profound bodywork modality that works with the nervous system’s natural capacity to self-correct, restore balance, and heal deeply held physical and emotional stress. Over time, unresolved experience can become stored in the tissues, creating patterns of tension, pain, and dis-ease that obscure the body’s natural organization and flow.

At INbody Wellbeing, gentle, non-invasive touch is used to listen to the body at a subtle level and identify areas where this natural rhythm is restricted or held. Through supportive contact, the system is invited to release patterns of compression and return to its intrinsic rhythmic motion — the organizing force behind health and vitality.

As this motion is restored, the body is supported in returning to its original blueprint for balance and coherence. The result is a deeper sense of ease, regulation, and integration across the physical and emotional system.

Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique teaches functional alignment and ease of movement. At INbody Wellbeing, we identify habitual patterns that contribute to pain or discomfort and guide you in releasing them, restoring natural poise, balance, and fluidity.

Many of these patterns develop unconsciously over time through posture, repetition, and daily habits. Through gentle hands-on guidance and mindful awareness, you become more conscious of how you move and learn to replace strain-based patterns with freer, more efficient coordination. This work is explored through simple activities such as standing, walking, and sitting, as well as guided work in a supported lying position.

INbody Wellbeing helps you move with greater ease, efficiency, and natural grace.

Corporate Wellbeing
